Information You Need To Know

Question: When are you open?

Answer: We are open 7:30 to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located at 2500 Kemp Blvd, Wichita Falls.

Question: Do I need a referral?
Answer: In the state of Texas, you do not need a Physicians referral for evaluation. However, in order to receive treatment, we will need to contact your physician of choice for a prescription.

Question: Are you accredited?
Answer: All the therapists are licensed through the Texas Board of Occupational Therapists.

Question: How should we dress?
Answer: Dress in loose fitting clothing that is appropriate for moving around in and comfort. Therapists may decide to put you in a gown for examination purposes.

Question: How long does a session take?
Answer: Usually most sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in length. Your condition will be reevaluated every 30 days to determine if further treatment is necessary.

Question: What do I do after I complete my rehab?
Answer: Your therapist will place you on a home exercise program and discuss with you the option of joining our fitness club at a discounted rate.

Question: Do you offer sports training?
Answer: Yes. Our program, Driving Force, is a high performance athletic program developed by Jared Jacobs.
